Weare seeking to appoint a confident, skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistantwho is passionate about supporting primary-aged children to achieve their verybest. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to make areal difference by inspiring, motivating and nurturing a love of learning inevery child. The role will include providing high-quality classroom support, aswell as delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions for children witha range of additional needs.
We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstratescreativity, energy and enthusiasm in engaging and inspiring young learners
- Hasconsistently high expectations of pupils’ achievement, behaviour andindependence
- Isproactive, flexible and able to respond effectively to the varied needs of theclassroom
- Workscollaboratively as part of a team and communicates effectively with colleagues
- Isdeeply committed to supporting children’s wellbeing and personal development
- Hasexperience in supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN, ASD andSEMH
- Hasa proven track record of delivering effective interventions and leading smallgroup learning
