Employment: Permanent, Part Time – 35 hours per week (Mon‑Thurs 08:20‑15:50, Fri 08:20‑15:35). Term Time (39 weeks per year). Begin: 1 September 2026.
Salary: Pro‑rata of Points 12‑17 of the School Support pay spine – £28,598‑31,022 per annum (actual salary £24,983‑27,100).
Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of the SENCo.
- Provide high‑quality administrative support to the SEND team and students.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records and documentation.
- Coordinate support arrangements and liaise with external agencies as required.
- Render direct support to pupils when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong administration background with excellent organisational and IT skills.
- Detail‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to build positive working relationships with the SEND team and students.
