Salary: Points 18-22 of the Schools Support Staff pay spine, currently £31,537 - £33,699 per annum (Actual, £27,550.72 - £29,439.45 pro rata)

The Role: We are looking to appoint a Family Partnership Lead that plays a vital bridge‑building role between the school, families, and external support agencies. The primary objective is to engage with parents and carers to overcome barriers to learning, improve student attendance, and support the overall well‑being and academic success of young people during their secondary education.
