What You'll Do
- Preparing and cooking fresh breakfast and lunch dishes to company standards
- Supporting with daily food preparation and service
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and consistency
- Working closely with the Front of House team to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Supporting with stock rotation, deliveries and ordering requirements
- Following food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times
- Assisting with cleaning schedules and maintaining a safe, organised kitchen
- Contributing ideas for seasonal specials and menu improvements
- Helping create a positive and supportive kitchen culture
Who You Are
You don't need to be a fine dining chef – but you do need to care. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality kitchen
- A genuine passion for fresh food and hospitality
- A calm and organised approach, even during busy periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn, adapt and support those around you
