The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead the team on shift, set the tone for great service, and support the Multi‑Site Manager in hitting sales and service standards. You’ll be hands‑on, customer‑facing, and responsible for keeping the shop running smoothly day to day.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a team of Coffee Shop Assistants
  • Open and close the shop as a keyholder
  • Deliver excellent customer service and step in during busy periods
  • Support rotas and sales targets with the Manager
  • Manage stock, deliveries, displays and orders
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene and temperature checks are completed
  • Handle customer enquiries and orders (in person and phone)
  • Keep the shop clean, welcoming and well presented
  • Complete end‑of‑day tasks: waste logs, cashing up, lock up

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
  • Confident leading a team and setting standards
  • Customer‑focused, organised and reliable
  • Happy to be hands‑on on the floor
  • Flexible to work shifts, including some weekends
