What you’ll be doing as a Sous Chef:

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a smooth and efficient kitchen
  • Help lead, train, and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety, food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials
  • Be hands-on, working across different sections during busy service periods

About you, our new Sous Chef:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
  • A passion for sustainability, seasonality, and a keen eye for detail and presentation
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • The ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional results during busy service
  • A team player who can guide and lead junior team members with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • A desire to learn and progress within the industry
  • Flexible approach to work
