The Harrodian School is seeking a Payroll and HR Officer on a 15-month maternity cover. The role manages end-to-end payroll for around 300 staff, oversees PAYE, NI, pensions, and payroll reconciliations, and liaises with the outsourced provider and SAM People HRIS.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will contribute to salary reviews, HR administration, and references, while maintaining confidential employee data and ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll operations.
