Established in 1879, the hotel features 16 unique rooms, each combining antiques and modern amenities to offer a unique experience. Friendly staff provide insights on local attractions, music, and cultural events. Sumptuous rooms with antique furniture, velvet curtains, and soundproofing ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all guests.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Revenue Manager located in the Belfast Metropolitan Area. The Hotel Revenue Manager will be responsible for overseeing revenue management operations, implementing pricing strategies, conducting market analysis, and improving overall revenue performance. Key day-to-day tasks include monitoring competitor rates, managing room inventory, forecasting demand, and designing promotional offers to maximize room revenue. Being a small property some customer facing tasks will be required including checking guests in and answering questions about the property. Some admin tasks such as chasing invoicing will be required.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and demand forecasting
• Proficiency in Revenue Recognition, Revenue Management, and Accounting
• Understanding of Finance principles specifically related to the hospitality industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in a hotel revenue management role is preferred
