Location: Newton Abbot

Salary: £38,447.76 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full time contract

Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, to include weekends, on a rota basis

We are looking for a Production Line Manager to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of a production line, guiding your team to meet targets safely, efficiently and with a focus on continuous improvement. Your leadership will support both business performance and personal growth, fostering a culture where safety, quality and job satisfaction go hand in hand.

As part of the wider Production team, you’ll collaborate with your team, Team Leaders, Production Managers and other departments to keep everything running smoothly. Together, you’ll work towards shared goals in a supportive, inclusive and forward-thinking environment.

Additionally, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to company standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
