An exceptional candidate is sought for the post of Deputy Head (Academic) for September 2026 to take responsibility for leading the academic side of this successful and dynamic school. The role provides a fantastic opportunity to be involved in leadership decisions throughout the school, as part of a supportive senior team.
The successful candidate will be committed to curriculum development and teaching and learning, with a real ambition to stretch, challenge and inspire pupils to academic success in all its forms. The School has its own salary scale, and the post will be rewarded generously in accordance with the importance of the position. There is substantial fee remission for children of teaching staff in all the Harpur Trust Schools in Bedford.
