Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for:
- An NVQ3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Excellent classroom practice and the ability to lead a room and adapt provision to meet need.
- Experience and expertise in supporting pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs and those with a diagnosis of autism, particularly with pupils who are pre-verbal or at the earliest stages of language development.
- Experience in delivering bespoke, nurturing curricula for pupils who may be working below age-related expectation and require personalised learning pathways.
- The ability to support and develop communication-friendly and emotionally supportive environments.
