The Harmony Trust Ltd is seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner with a secure understanding of effective SEND practice to join our team. You will work with pupils with a range of SEND needs, including Autism, Speech, Language and Communication Needs and SEMH, with a commitment to inclusion and raising outcomes for vulnerable learners.

You will inspire, coach and develop others through professional development and be prepared to demonstrate strong leadership potential and a dedication to inclusion.
