The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner with a secure understanding of effective SEND practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils with a range of SEND needs, including Autism, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, and SEMH.

They should have a passion for inclusion and raising outcomes for vulnerable learners, and the ability to inspire, influence, and develop others through coaching and professional development.

Strong leadership potential and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

The candidate must build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external professionals.

They should be organised, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
