We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Materials team based at The Harley Street Clinic. This role is vital in providing comprehensive goods receipting services into the hospital. What You’ll Do:
- Work as part of the Supply Chain team supporting the needs of the wards along with the wider Supply Chain team.
- Manage goods inwards, checking and receipting of goods into the hospital and ensuring goods are segregated as per requesting departments.
- Receive, check and put away Materials Management products at the appropriate locations. Identify and report discrepancies as appropriate.
- Perform cycle counts for inventory stocks in a timely and accurate manner to maintain stock at an agreed level.
- Liaise with vendors and ensure goods are returned to the suppliers in respect of product recalls and routine returns for incorrect deliveries.
- Assist with the monthly high cost consumables count, quarterly consignment counts and annual stock take.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous materials experience is essential, ideally within a hospital environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams.
