Due to expansion in our services, The Harley Medical Group has exciting new opportunities for Patient Coordinators to support in the scheduling of patients for cosmetic procedures.
Job duties:
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer care and product knowledge within the Clinic.
- Strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our patients.
- Ensure that the patient journey is smooth and efficient and that all patients receive a high level of customer service.
- Ensure that at all times the Clinic is presentable and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, promoting the professional and clinical image of The Harley Medical Group.
- Influence and advise potential patients on the most suitable and appropriate solution for their needs.
- Communicate with your manager to ensure effective running of clinic and surgery days.
We want to hear from candidates with:
- A minimum of 1 year experience within either an Aesthetics, Day Spa, Beauty Counter or Salon environment.
- Team player, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Passionate about giving great customer service.
- Experience of working to sales targets and be happy to get involved with promotional activity.
