Due to our continued success and expanding network of clinics, we have a vacancy for a Divisional Director, to join our existing senior management team. The role will be based at one of our surgery centres in Manchester, Birmingham or London, and there will be a requirement for travel throughout the division covered.

The Divisional Director will be responsible for a range of operational matters to include ensuring the highest standards of patient care are delivered and investment returns at each of the clinics they oversee.

Our ideal candidate will already be working in a senior management role within a Cosmetic surgery provider business and have the ability to lead and motivate their team to achieve outstanding results.

Duties;

Responsible for providing operational direction and leadership for the division.

Ensure our clinics, including treatment centres provide safe, effective, caring and responsive best-in-class patient care in a high quality clinical environment.

Promote and safeguard the wellbeing of all patients and colleagues at all times.

Possess a strong commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving targets.

Meet and exceed all financial objectives, operational targets and KPIs for their division.

Senior management experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.

Proven leader with exceptional strategic planning abilities.

Demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills.

Knowledge of cosmetic surgery procedures would be desirable.

Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or be able to show an equivalent level of experience, have a good knowledge of HR procedures and a working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
