The ExecutiveHeadteacher will provide strategic leadership, vision and direction acrossHarlaxton Church of England Primary School and Denton Church of England School,ensuring that both schools continue to flourish as distinctive Church schoolswith their own unique identities, values and communities while benefiting fromstrong collaborative leadership.
Building on ahighly successful, close-knit partnership, the Executive Headteacher will workwith governors, staff, pupils, parents, the Diocese of Lincoln and LincolnshireCounty Council to continue to secure excellent educational outcomes, maintainand develop the Christian character and vision of both schools, and ensure thehighest standards of safeguarding, teaching, learning and organisationaleffectiveness.
The ExecutiveHeadteacher will be accountable for the effective leadership and management ofboth schools and for delivering sustainable school improvement through a sharedstrategic vision which reflects the values and aspirations of each schoolcommunity.
