We are seeking an exceptional, commercially driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth, strengthen international market presence and elevate brand visibility across the global luxury travel sector. What You’ll Lead:
- Luxury leisure sales strategy across key international markets
- Relationships with high-end travel advisors, consortia and agencies
- Corporate and selected MICE business growth
- Brand positioning and commercial performance
- A high-performing Sales & Marketing team focused on excellence and innovation
- This role requires a highly visible presence within the hotel, actively engaging with guests, clients and the team to drive commercial success and strengthen relationships.
- The successful candidate will regularly represent The Hari through international sales missions, client meetings, networking events and industry engagements, promoting the hotel across key luxury leisure and corporate markets.
What We’re Looking For:
