Working Pattern: This is a part time, permanent position working 6.67 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Monday to Friday 12pm – 1.20pm)

Newport Community School Primary Academy is looking for a Mealtime Assistant to join our supportive team and help create a safe, happy lunchtime experience for our pupils.

Your Role Will Include

  • Supervising children during lunch in the dining hall and playground.
  • Encouraging healthy eating and positive social interaction.
  • Assisting younger children with opening food packages and using cutlery.
  • Ensuring the dining area is clean and safe.
  • Promoting good behaviour and a caring atmosphere.
