Salary: NJC Grade C: £25,989 - £26,403 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Monday to Friday).
Willowbrook Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated SEND Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our pupils, families, and staff by ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our SEN provision.
About the RoleIn this role, you will:
- Provide professional and effective administrative assistance to the SENDCo.
- Work under the guidance of the SENDCo to ensure all administrative procedures remain efficient and compliant.
- Maintain pupil data and attendance records, ensuring accurate information on Bromcom.
- Arrange meetings with relevant people as necessary as directed by the SENDCo and prepare necessary documentation as required.
- Accurately record information on to the CPOMS system and upload documents as necessary.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is experienced in administration, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Is a clear, confident communicator with pupils, staff and parents.
- Is able to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative where needed.
- Is competent in ICT, including Microsoft 365 and school systems.
- Is qualified with GCSE Grade C+ in English and Maths.
Desirable attributes include:
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to “have a go.”
- Experience of school administration work.
- An eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
