The Harbour Schools Partnership is looking for a committed Early Help Lead to support pupils and their families at St.

Mary's C of E Primary School.

The role involves fostering positive relationships, assessing needs, and providing necessary advice and support to enhance pupil engagement.

The right candidate should have a solid background in children’s support, safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

This permanent position offers a salary range between £26,824 to £28,598, pro-rata for 7.5 hours per week across 39 weeks per year.
