We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our support staff team. Our administrative team is a dynamic and supportive group, playing a vital role in the smooth daily operation of the school. As the first point of contact for parents, staff, and students, they handle a wide variety of day-to-day matters, from forgotten PE kits to misplaced bus passes, always responding with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.

The role is fast-paced, with a consistently busy environment and frequent phone enquiries, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.

This key position involves coordinating data-related responsibilities, supporting both staff and students, and maintaining clear and effective communication across the school community.

As Data Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security of all school data. This includes routine data maintenance, oversight of the school's reporting functions, and the integration of third-party systems. Previous experience with Arbor and Classcharts is desirable, although full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Our high expectations positively reinforce the highest standards of learning and behaviour, encouraging students to show respect for themselves, others, and the world around them. The development of positive relationships and student ownership of all aspects of school life are essential ingredients that make Pilton Community College special.
