Overview
The Harbour Schools Partnership
Sticklepath Community Primary Academy are looking to appoint two highly motivated and reliable Cleaners to join our hardworking and dedicated premises team. You will be required to undertake the cleaning of buildings within the school site comprising the main building, outside classrooms and nursery. The areas include toilets and outside areas to ensure a clean and safe learning environment.
Salary and Pattern
Salary: NJC Grade A: £24,413 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
Working Pattern: These are two part-time, permanent positions. One position will be working 10 hours per week (15:30-17:30) and one position will be working 15 hours per week (15:00-18:00), both 41 weeks per year, Monday to Friday.
Duties
- Cleaning, washing, sweeping, dusting of classroom and emptying of bins
- Use of machinery in cleaning soft and hard surfaces, e.g. carpet cleaners, polishers & buffers
Qualifications
Previous experience and knowledge of COSHH would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.

This role requires an enhanced DBS disclosure. This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
