Bratton Fleming Community Primary School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and Teaching Assistant (TA) to support teaching, learning, and pupil development across the school.

Responsibilities

  • HLTA Responsibilities
    • Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, and whole classes
    • Support teachers in creating an engaging learning environment and preparing resources
    • Monitor, assess and record pupils' progress, providing detailed feedback and evidence
    • Lead small-group interventions and support delivery of literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum strategies
    • Contribute to out-of-school learning activities as required
  • TA Responsibilities
    • Support pupils' welfare and personal care, including those with SEND
    • Implement literacy and numeracy interventions
    • Assist with planning cycles and preparing learning resources
    • Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil independence
    • Assist with supervision during break/lunchtimes and accompany pupils on trips when required

  • Evidence of right to work in the UK
