Bratton Fleming Community Primary School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) and Teaching Assistant (TA) to support teaching, learning, and pupil development across the school.
Responsibilities
- HLTA Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, and whole classes
- Support teachers in creating an engaging learning environment and preparing resources
- Monitor, assess and record pupils' progress, providing detailed feedback and evidence
- Lead small-group interventions and support delivery of literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum strategies
- Contribute to out-of-school learning activities as required
- TA Responsibilities
- Support pupils' welfare and personal care, including those with SEND
- Implement literacy and numeracy interventions
- Assist with planning cycles and preparing learning resources
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil independence
- Assist with supervision during break/lunchtimes and accompany pupils on trips when required

- Evidence of right to work in the UK
