Overview
Roles: Senior Bank Mammographer
Location: The Harborne Hospital (Birmingham)
Contract type: Bank
Pay: £30.19 p/hr up to £45.82 p/hr depending on shift time.
Rates inclusive of WTR include indicative additional amount separately payable on claiming accrued annual leave. WTR is calculated on the average hourly pay rate over the preceding 52 weeks and may therefore differ from the amount included in the above WTR rates.

As part of our Bank you’ll have first refusal ahead of agencies on a range of shifts across our network of leading private hospitals, all of which are currently rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC. Duties
- Perform quality control functions related to mammography.
- Undertake all administrative duties involved with the Mammography service under the guidance of the Mammography Superintendent and Imaging Manager
- Utilise and understand the PACS and DR system
- Participate in symptomatic breast clinics
- Biopsy experience i.e. VAB and Stereotactic
- Mammography screening and chaperoning as required
