Our Minibus Driver role involves looking for a reliable and confident Minibus Driver to transport our hotel team. This part-time position will support daily transport operations and maintain high safety standards and operational efficiency whilst contributing to the wider driving team.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Transporting team and guests to and from the hotel in a safe, pleasant and professional manner.
- Ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained, roadworthy, and compliant with legal requirements.
- Ensuring our vehicles are fuelled and ready at the expected time for all journeys.
- Following all Health and Safety and company policies and procedures.
- Promoting a positive and professional team culture.
- Following all legal transport and driving requirements at all times.
- Completing all relevant vehicle checks and paperwork.
You’ll also:
- Support our wider Watergate Bay Hotel team with any other driving jobs as needed.
- Occasionally assist in the training and development of new team members.
What we’re looking for:
- A personal taxi drivers’ licence (essential)
- A valid driving licence (including D1 category)
- Experience of driving in a similar role
- Good all-round organiser who can keep things running smoothly
- Calm under pressure with a practical, can-do approach to problem solving
- Reliable, responsible, and someone who takes pride in doing things properly
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on great customer service
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport compliance is a bonus
- First Aid qualification (desirable)
- Manual Handling qualification (desirable)
