We’re looking for an Order Fulfilment Assistant to join our welcoming team. You’ll be someone who feels energised by purpose-led business, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is excited to help shape the next chapter of a growing British wellness brand. We're a small, passionate team united by a love of thoughtful design, natural ingredients and exceptional customer experiences. This is a part-time position, working Monday to Thursday (10:15am–2:15pm). Hours are flexible for the right candidate, with additional availability required during staff holidays and busy periods.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring the efficient fulfilment of wholesale and retail orders.
- Selecting, packing, and dispatching of orders while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
- Managing inventory levels, receiving and unloading deliveries, and ensuring products and materials are stored safely.
- Implementing effective stock rotation practices, minimising waste and maintaining product quality.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business by carrying out light administrative duties as required.
You’ll also:
- Ensure the timely, accurate, and cost-effective fulfilment of customer orders, maintaining high presentation standards throughout the picking, packing, and dispatch process.
- Support effective inventory management by monitoring stock levels and forecasting replenishment requirements.
- Ensure products are fit for purpose and maintain efficient stock rotation practices to minimise waste.
- Carry out team administrative tasks as required.
- Adhere to established operating procedures, quality standards, and health and safety guidelines to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operations.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the team, contributing to a collaborative environment and supporting shared business objectives.
Please note, this position involves regular manual handling, including the movement and lifting of stock.
What you’ll be sharing with us:

- Competent IT skills, including a working knowledge of computer systems and the ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
