We’re looking for a commercially minded Lead HR Business Partner to join a committed and hard working team. This is a senior role partnering with operational leaders to drive people performance, culture, and organisational effectiveness.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders delivering the people agenda while ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategy with execution in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
  • CIPD qualified (to L5 or equivalent experience)
