Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust is recruiting for a Trust Support Officer. We are looking for one or more organised, practical and people-focused colleagues to support the day-to-day running of our small conservation charity. The Trust protects, maintains and enhances the unique character of Hampstead Garden Suburb — an internationally important example of early 20th-century town planning and architecture.

We are open to appointing either one full-time person covering the whole role, or more than one part-time colleague with responsibilities divided between them. This could suit someone looking for varied, useful work in a small organisation where their contribution is visible.

Experience in office administration, customer service, property administration, basic finance, credit control, records management or meeting support would be useful.
Working pattern
The role is office-based in London NW11. Full-time is 35 hours per week. Part-time and annualised-hours arrangements will be considered. Candidates will need to be available for a minimum of three hours on Monday mornings.
Salary and benefits
Salary: £29,000–£32,000 FTE, pro rata where applicable. Benefits include 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, pro rata where applicable, and an 8% employer pension contribution where the employee contributes 8%.
