Hammersmith & Fulham RFC & Pitchside Medical are looking for 10+ enthusiastic Physiotherapists or Sports Therapists to join our medical team for the upcoming season.

We field 3 - 4 senior men's teams competing at:

  • Regional Level 6 - 1xv
  • 2nd & 3rd XV at a high level and won their respective leagues last season
  • 2 women's teams at high level.
  • Minis & Youth on Sunday home training.

Fixtures take place across London and the surrounding areas, offering excellent experience in a competitive rugby environment. This is NOT a sponsored opportunity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide pitch-side medical cover on match days.
  • Deliver pre-match strapping and soft tissue treatment.
  • Assess and manage acute injuries during games.
  • Plan and deliver injury rehabilitation where required.
  • Support players throughout the season to optimise performance and recovery.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or Sports Rehabilitation.
  • Previous experience working in sport (rugby experience preferred).
  • Confident in sports strapping and taping techniques.
  • Live in the vicinity of the club for easy travel.

Season Dates

  • Pre-season: Begins 2nd July
  • Pre-season fixtures: From August
  • League season: Starts September
