We're looking for someone who enjoys cooking and takes pride in producing simple, delicious food really well.

You don't need to be a professionally trained chef – enthusiasm, high standards and reliability are what matter most.

Ideally you'll

  • Have some experience of working in a professional kitchen, B&B or similar hospitality environment.
  • Understand food hygiene and the standards required in a commercial kitchen.
  • Prepare and present great breakfasts using quality ingredients.
  • Be organised, reliable and take pride in keeping an immaculate kitchen.
  • Be available to work weekends and bank holidays

And if you love baking, even better! Our homemade cakes are an important part of our popular Afternoon Teas.

We're also looking to expand our daytime offering of brunches, light lunches and Afternoon Teas, which should create opportunities for additional daytime hours as this side of the business develops
