The Hall is looking for an enthusiastic MIS & Data Officer to support our staff and pupils while driving the accuracy, quality, and impact of our data systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves solving problems, improving systems, and helping others get the best out of technology. You will be the friendly face and the expert mind behind our core data platforms, including iSAMS, DCPro, CPOMS, WCBS PASS and School Cloud.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for staff needing support with MIS and data systems
- Keep our data accurate, secure, and up to date across all modules
- Configure and maintain iSAMS, including timetables, rollovers, permissions and pupil records
- Produce high-quality reports and dashboards for leaders, governors and inspections
- Lead improvements to workflows, processes and system integrations
- Support academic tracking, analytics and statutory returns
- Deliver training and guidance to staff, helping them use systems confidently
What We're Looking For:
- Strong IT support skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience with school MIS platforms (e.g. iSAMS, CPOMS, etc.)
- Advanced user of Excel and other data analysis tools
- A calm, solutions-focused communicator who enjoys helping others
- Someone organised, proactive and able to manage busy periods with confidence
- A self-motivated professional who takes ownership from start to finish
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. SSRS, Power BI, Tableau)
