The Hall School is seeking an exceptional, part-time leader (4 days a week; days are flexible) to oversee our dynamic Learning Support Department across the Junior, Middle, and Senior Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Learning Support team, coordinating provision for students with special educational needs, maintaining comprehensive records, and advising teaching staff on effective strategies.

If you are a highly organised and communicative professional with a proven track record in special educational needs and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment, we encourage you to apply. Completion of the Special Educational Needs Coordinator’s (SENCO’s) National Professional Qualification is required or a commitment to undertake it. The school may fund up to 50% of this course.

We are a thriving and successful selective preparatory school for boys aged 4–13 in North London, providing a high-calibre education to approximately 470 pupils.
