The Hall is seeking an energetic and creative Operations and Events Manager with a passion for sales and general management. The ideal candidate will not only oversee daily operations but also take a leading role in developing and executing a dynamic, self-generated events calendar that drives business growth. This role requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen, capable of managing P&L responsibilities, payroll, and shift management, while also creating unique, high-impact events that enhance customer engagement and generate revenue. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial targets and maximise profitability.

Analyse financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-control measures.

Monitor expenses, revenue, and budget adherence to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Payroll and Shift Management:

Oversee the staffing process, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.

- Gross Profit Management:

Implement pricing strategies to maximise gross profit margins while remaining competitive in the market.
