In 2024 we where in the finals of the LCN Restaurant of the year awards Work pattern As Bar manager we can offer a range of shifts depending on the business fluctuation and personal needs but this is a full time position so there is job security Day to Day Duties As bar manager you will be responsible for the beverage side of the business, drinks menus, cocktails, staff training and general business operations. As part of our management team you will be hands on in insuring the smooth running of restaurant service and functions.
