The Hair Standard is a specialist men’s hair replacement studio, helping clients regain their confidence through premium non-surgical hair systems. We’re looking for a confident, motivated Business Development Executive with a proven sales background to manage warm enquiries and convert them into paying clients.
The Role
- Contact warm leads who have already expressed an interest in our services.
- Build rapport and guide clients through the consultation process.
- Book and conduct in-person consultations at our London studio.
- Recommend the most suitable hair system solution and confidently close sales.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through to booking.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with prospective customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience with strong closing ability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident meeting clients face-to-face.
- Self-motivated, professional and target-driven.
- Experience in high-value retail, aesthetics, luxury services or similar is advantageous, but not essential.
