Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, keratin treatments; experience with extensions is an advantage
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and the beauty industry
- Upsell salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience
- Assist with store management duties as needed, including inventory management and salon cleanliness
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a stylist in a salon or similar environment
- Proficiency in various hairstyling techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus
