The Role: Junior Graphic Designer / Artworker

This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated design graduate or early-career creative to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, values-led environment. Working closely with our design team, you’ll contribute to everything from packaging updates and 3D renders to eye-catching social graphics and digital content.

Your designs will help bring consistency, creativity, and purpose to every visual touchpoint.

What You Will Need for the Role

Foundational Design Experience

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and an understanding of branding

Technical Know-How

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (like Blender or Cinema 4D) is a big plus
  • Basic understanding of design for digital platforms, e-commerce, and social media

Detail-Oriented & Creative

  • A keen eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency
  • Passion for design trends and emerging creative technology

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Product Visuals

  • Assist in updating product packaging and artwork while maintaining brand consistency
  • Create 3D renders and optimised product visuals for digital and e-commerce platforms

Digital Design & Content Creation

  • Design engaging social media graphics and assets for digital campaigns
  • Adapt content to suit various channels while maintaining a consistent look and feel

Artwork & Production

  • Support the preparation of final artwork for both print and digital use
  • Ensure all design output adheres to internal brand guidelines and visual standards

Collaboration & Team Support

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions with the wider team

Creative Development

  • Stay up to date with industry design trends and software developments
  • Proactively bring new ideas and fresh creative thinking to the table
