Hain are recruiting for a remote Customer Supply Chain Relationship Manager. Are you ready to drive seamless supply chain operations and build strong customer relationships? As a Customer Supply Manager, you will be at the heart of ensuring timely deliveries, exceptional service levels, and cost optimization. By acting as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, you will strengthen partnerships, align supply chain processes with customer expectations, and position Hain as the supplier of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding supply chain processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and logistics to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Actively manage issues on orders and service queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with procurement, production, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with customers, Demand Planning, and Commercial teams to forecast demand and ensure future service excellence.
- Monitor the flow of goods to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Regularly liaise with internal teams to drive accountability and ensure service goals are met.
- Manage returns, replacements, and reverse logistics efficiently.
Performance Management
- Track and analyze KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Present regular performance reports to management and customers.
- Lead initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Implement tools and technologies to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with logistics, transportation, and trade regulations.
- Proactively manage supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
What You Need for the Role
Education & Experience
- A-Levels required, with a degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a comparable industry.
- Customer-facing experience and sales order processing expertise are essential.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Results-focused with a track record of delivering against performance targets.

Additional Responsibilities
- Indirect management of agreed spend to contribute positively to the company’s financial targets.
- Preparation of customer scorecards, account plans, and performance reports.
