About The Role
Farmhouse Fare is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our night shift team in Clitheroe. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload deliveries, checking and verifying incoming stock
- Replenish inventory by restocking shelves and storage areas
- Ensure goods are stored safely and in line with health & safety regulations
- Deliver materials to production areas as required
- Accurately record stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks
- Support other warehouse duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Valid forklift and reach truck licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Good numerical and literacy skills (accurate data recording is a strong advantage)
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy loads
- Flexible approach to working hours, including overtime when required
