As a Treasury Analyst, you will be a core member of Hagerty's Treasury team, with a primary focus on supporting Hagerty's European Marketplace business (Broad Arrow Group). This includes treasury and payments activities related to live and online auctions, as well as supporting global cash positioning and local banking relationships. In this role, you will support daily cash management, banking operations, payment execution, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners across the US, UK, and EU, including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Auction Operations, and Finance.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and monitor daily cash positions, including variance reconciliation to the long‑term cash forecast and ad‑hoc cash flow analysis as needed.
- Support treasury operations for live and online auctions, including payment flows, point of sale device management, buyer/seller settlements, and coordination with the auction operations and accounts payables team.
- Execute and oversee payments and funds transfers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and SOX controls.
- Partner with financial institutions to manage account administration, KYC documentation, and treasury service enablement across all jurisdictions, but with a primary focus across the UK and EU.
- Support the opening, closing and maintenance of bank accounts and payment platforms.
- Support and administer UK/EU corporate card programs and virtual card purchasing programs, where applicable.
- Administer user access and entitlements for online banking and merchant platforms.
- Assist with internal and external audits by responding to inquiries and providing documentation.
- Contribute to month‑end close activities, including research/response to general inquiries from accounting and providing necessary audit/documentation support in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement and implement to improve efficiency in Treasury.
- Global cash management and daily treasury operations, including but not limited to, balance and transaction reporting, execution of funds transfers, monitoring of fraud mitigation solutions, approval and release of payments.
- Maintain policy and process documents relating to treasury operations and SOX controls.

- Familiarity with international banking, cross‑border payments, and multi‑currency environments.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bilingual capability is a strong plus, particularly French or Italian.
- Experience working with UK and/or EU banking partners preferred.
- Exposure to public company environments and SOX controls is a plus.
- Experience with Kyriba and Workday is a plus.

- This role is open to candidates based in the UK, France or Germany and can be worked remotely from those countries.
- Some flexibility may be required to support business activity across time zones.

- For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations, including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
