HR Advisor to join our Head Office team. A wide ranging generalist role with ownership of specific areas, this is a great opportunity to join a team where you can make a noticeable impact.

Permanent position; Monday to Friday; salary DOE. 37.5 hours per week. Bank holidays off and extended Christmas break. Generous holidays and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice to managers on a range of HR operational issues.
  • Take ownership of all recruitment and branding activities.
  • Be able to assess candidates based on qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Be informed on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage employee relations casework relating to disciplinary, grievance, investigations, absence and welfare.
  • Busy with changing priorities there’s lots to get involved in.
Experience And Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience of partnering with line managers.
  • High standard of literacy and exceptional eye for detail.
  • Fantastic organisation and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and a can do attitude.
  • A level of experience meaning that you will be able to make a noticeable contribution immediately.
  • With three businesses and a headcount of around 400, experience in similar businesses would be advantageous.

The Head Office team supports all three of our businesses and looks to make improvements whilst driving consistency across the Group.
