Hackney Society has been protecting and promoting Hackney's unique heritage for almost 60 years, entirely volunteer run. We are looking for someone to help us tell our stories through publicity and PR for our campaigns, publications, events and community festival.

You will directly help with the success of our campaigns, publications, events and community festival.

- Experience in PR or marketing
- Interest in heritage/history and/or community events
- Living in or near Hackney would be an advantage but not essential
What will you be doing?
- Advise on and organise publicity and PR for Hackney Society
- Support campaigns, publications, events and the annual Hackney History Festival
- Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns and events
