In-house Litigation Solicitor

Location: Battersea

Salary: £65K - £70K p.a

This is a full-time on-site role, located in-house, for a property investment and acquisitions group, located in Battersea, SW11. The role will be joining the litigation team that currently consists of 2 Solicitors. This will involve the supervision and training of juniors, as well as advising more senior solicitors and company directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and litigation.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to the company.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Requirements:

  • 3PQE+ Litigation Solicitor with experience in a varied litigation caseload.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. This role may also suit a foreign qualified solicitor.
  • Have an ambitious and hard working attitude to work.
  • Has in-house experience or an interest for it.
