The Hacking Games are looking for a Cyber Talent Enablement Manager to serve as the vital bridge between emerging cyber talent and industry employers within the HAPTAI Terminal ecosystem. THG is a mission-led company creating alternative pathways into cybersecurity and digital careers for young people.
What you will be doing:
- You’ll work at the intersection of talent development and workforce needs, guiding students and early-career professionals through their cyber journey while helping employers identify and access candidates whose aptitudes truly match their role requirements.
- Insights from this role feed directly into the continuous learning loop that refines the HAPTAI algorithms, persona models, and employer-matching logic.
You have:
- Background in talent development or community management
- Understanding of cybersecurity roles, skills, and career pathways
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (students, educators, employers)
- Experience designing and delivering learning programmes in gaming
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa
- Comfortable working with online communities and digital collaboration tools
