The Hacking Games are looking for a Cyber Talent Enablement Manager to serve as the vital bridge between emerging cyber talent and industry employers within the HAPTAI Terminal ecosystem. THG is a mission-led company creating alternative pathways into cybersecurity and digital careers for young people.

What you will be doing:

  • You’ll work at the intersection of talent development and workforce needs, guiding students and early-career professionals through their cyber journey while helping employers identify and access candidates whose aptitudes truly match their role requirements.
  • Insights from this role feed directly into the continuous learning loop that refines the HAPTAI algorithms, persona models, and employer-matching logic.

You have:

  • Background in talent development or community management
  • Understanding of cybersecurity roles, skills, and career pathways
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (students, educators, employers)
  • Experience designing and delivering learning programmes in gaming
