- Lead supply and PO planning with manufacturers in the US and China, optimising lead times and MOQs.
- Manage inventory across internal systems, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA.
- Coordinate new product launches, including SKU readiness, packaging and labelling approvals, phase-outs.
- Drive adoption of automation and AI tools across forecasting, inventory tracking, and risk management.
- Partner cross-functionally and present clear supply, risk, and S&OP updates to senior stakeholders and the CEO.
- Manage and develop one remote team member, with scope to support future hiring.
