As an Affiliate Channel Lead, you’ll manage and grow the affiliate sales channel, focusing on performance, partner productivity, and revenue growth. This is a data-driven role where you analyse performance, identify gaps, and take action to improve results. You’ll work closely with affiliate partners (mainly US-based) and internal teams, while managing one junior team member. This role reports directly to the CEO. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore (hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH).

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Analyse affiliate performance (revenue, margin, conversion, AOV, EPC) and identify growth opportunities
  • Own weekly performance tracking and recommend clear actions to improve results
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners
  • Onboard and activate new partners through outreach and follow-ups
  • Optimise campaigns, offers, and commission structures
  • Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and launches with internal teams
  • Monitor partner activity and ensure compliance with guidelines
  • Improve processes using data, automation, and AI tools
  • Manage and guide a junior team member

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

  • 3–6 years experience in affiliate marketing, channel sales, partnerships, or digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions
  • Understanding of key metrics (revenue, margin, conversion, AOV, ROI)
  • Experience managing partners or performance-based channels
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (reporting, analysis)
  • Comfortable using AI or automation tools to improve workflows
  • Good written communication for partner engagement (email, messaging)
  • Able to manage multiple partners and priorities independently

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
