The Gym Group is recruiting a Fitness Manager at Nottingham Lady Bay to support the General Manager in running the gym and deputise in their absence. You will lead our team of fitness trainers, manage the class timetable, drive member engagement and help deliver excellent service across the gym’s operations.
You will be responsible for upholding our values, ensuring health and safety compliance, and contributing to the gym’s commercial performance.
