The Gym Limited is seeking a Customer Service Executive for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in Clapham Junction and 2 days remote. Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm as required. Start date ASAP.
Salary: £28,579.12 per year. Assessment includes a short video interview, written exercise and MS Teams interview. You will respond to member queries, deliver excellent experiences, and uphold our brand tone while meeting performance targets.
